14 day return policy on items purchased from the website which are faulty.  

Great care is taken before delivery and quality is checked at each stage of the design process.

Bespoke Designs

Bespoke designs take a great deal of time and effort, therefore the return policy will be different.

As the Bespoke Service is a personalised service, specific to your requirements, any concerns or questions will be answered well before you take delivery of your custom design.

As I'm sure you can appreciate, the bespoke service takes more time and our Designer will take a great deal of time and effort to get it "just right".  Please check out the Bespoke Service details to find out how it all works.
